Basic Creative School – Examination Guidelines
At Basic Creative School, we maintain a strict and fair examination policy to ensure discipline, honesty, and the best performance from all students.
General Rules

Students must come to the exam hall at least 15 minutes before the exam starts.

School uniform is mandatory during all exams.

Students must bring their admit card, necessary stationery, and other required items.

Mobile phones, smart watches, and any electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.

All answers must be written in blue or black ink (no gel pens allowed).

Students must follow the instructions of invigilators at all times.

Latecomers will not be given extra time to complete the exam.
Conduct During Examination

Maintain silence in the exam hall at all times.

Any form of cheating, copying, or misconduct will lead to cancellation of the paper and disciplinary action.

Students may only ask invigilators for clarification on questions — talking to other students is not allowed.

Raise your hand if you need extra paper or have any issues.
After the Exam

Stop writing immediately when the invigilator announces the end of the exam.

Submit answer scripts neatly and properly.

Leave the exam hall quietly without disturbing others.
Absence Policy

If a student misses an exam due to illness, a medical certificate must be submitted within 3 days.

No re-examination will be held for unjustified absence.
